StrongSoul Classes
We get that you may not want to do the same type of workout everyday. That’s why we offer three types of classes made to tackle different physical needs (cardio, strength, stretching) and address your mood for any given day.
Cycling
In our cycling classes, you’ll move through 45 minutes of drills (think: flat roads, jogs, hills, and choreography) all driven by the rhythm of your favorite songs. The best part? It’s all done in our dark room to get you out of your head and fully immersed in the experience.
Hot sculpt
If you’ve ever done a hot sculpt class, then you know that this class will make you feel like you can do anything. You’ll enter our heated studio and move through sections of focused core, low body strength, upper body strength, and cardio drills.
Yoga
Our warm and hot yoga flow classes are perfect for connecting the body, mind and spirit. You’ll be led through a sequence linked with the breath to stretch and strengthen the body while sweating out unneeded tension.
