Sculpt
If you’ve ever done a Hot Sculpt class, then you know that it will make you feel like you can do anything. You’ll enter our heated studio and move through sections of focused core, low body strength, upper body strength, and cardio drills.
+ These classes are heated between 95-98 degrees. Students are encouraged to take breaks. All fitness levels welcome, modifications will be offered.
+ 45-minute and 60-minute Hot Sculpt classes will be offered.
Cycling
StrongSoul’s Cycling classes are a little bit different than what you’ve been to before. Not only do we turn down the lights, but we turn up the music and let the playlist be our guide. That’s right — there are no metrics or power meters. We’ll ride to the beat of the music and mix in drills (ex: hills, jogs, speed) with choreography (tap backs, jumps, presses).
+ These classes are non-heated.
+ Beginners are welcome. While we ride to the beat, our instructors encourage students to do what feels right in terms of resistance and speed.
+ 45-minute, and occasionally, 60-minute classes will be offered.
YOGA
Our yoga classes will help you create more space in the body while building strength and letting go of stress and tension. Whether you’re taking a Yoga Flow class that connects breath with movement or you’re relaxing in a restorative class, we promise you’ll leave feeling better than when you arrived.
+ We offer a mix of hot classes (95-98 degrees) and warm classes (90 degrees).
+ There will be 45-minute and 60-minute Yoga Flow classes, as well as Restorative Yoga and Foam Rolling classes on the schedule.
+ Students new to Yoga can get familiar with poses and alignment in our Level I classes.
Power Hour
Do you like Cycling and Sculpt? What about Yoga and Sculpt? These 60-minute classes combine your favorite types of movement and are designed to improve endurance, breathwork, and powerhouse strength.
+ In our “Power Hour: Cycling and Sculpt,” you’ll focus on cardio and strength training with strong, fluid movements on the bike and full-body strength training on the mat
+ In our “Hot Power Hour: Yoga and Sculpt,” you’ll mix a strong, intentionally sequenced yoga flow with bursts of strength training. You will not utilize weights with yoga poses, but rather flow into position for functional strength training drills.
