Service Description

Our Hot Yoga classes are a great way to diversify your workout routine. Each 45 or 60-minute class is formatted with an intention that links breath with movement. You'll flow through yoga postures building up a good sweat while also lengthening and strengthening the body. *Modifications will be offered for those who are just starting their yoga journey, but we do recommend taking our Hot Yoga I class for more in-depth instruction on yoga postures and alignment.
